Every TokenGem release is listed here with its date, at one stable URL, and the same text ships inside the release itself. For this product the changelog doubles as the upstream pin-bump log, so it is the plainest available evidence of whether the software is being maintained.

The licence now gates the paid half of the product: install, profile, savings, proxy and switch enable need an activated key. doctor, baseline, hosts, apps, status, pricing, privacy, licenses and uninstall are free, with no key, and never ask for one.
tokengem license deactivate frees this device's seat for another machine. The web page at /device does the same with the key alone. license status reports seats and the update window.
The advisory device check: once a day, a hash of the key, a device id, the version and the OS. Never any command, path, repository name or session content. tokengem privacy --device-check off turns it off; everything except seat counting keeps working.
Money, at last: the report says how much was saved, not only by what percentage. Every post-install session's turns × the baseline median cost per turn is what it would have cost; minus what it did cost is the saving. The CLI prints it, --sessions lists every session, and the dashboard draws it: a running total of money saved and a cost-per-turn column per session against the baseline, with a table twin. The menu-bar app shows the figure and its sparkline.
The menu-bar app leads with the money: the bar shows the dollars saved since install (red when negative; the ⋯ menu switches it to the percentage), and the panel shows the hero figure, what the sessions would have cost against what they did, a running-total sparkline, and the model-mix note.
Hook registrations are shell-agnostic (node hook.js --env NAME=VALUE, no POSIX prefix), so they run under cmd.exe and PowerShell as well as bash; .cmd shims are run through the shell with quoted arguments; the pre-flight finds python or py -3; and app/windows/ carries a tray app with an installer for that platform. Built and exercised on a CI runner there, not yet verified on a real machine, so the site does not claim it.
The report names a model change between the baseline and the measured period instead of crediting it to the router, compares input per turn rather than per session, and shows turns per session as context.
Measurement honesty: only sessions the router was actually live for count as post-install. Sessions run after the baseline but before install, or after uninstall, are counted, named and excluded from the percentage. savings reports how many post-install sessions the measurement guarantee still needs.
tokengem billing HOST plan marks a flat-rate host. It is compared in billable tokens, and the report says the money-back guarantee does not apply to plan-billed usage.
tokengem update reads the published release feed once, on request, and prints the download URL and checksum. It installs nothing.
The dashboard gained activation, deactivation, seat count, billing and update-check controls.
The rate table was re-read from every provider's published pricing page on 2026-09-05: 81 models across nine providers, each row carrying its cache-read price as printed rather than one assumed multiplier. Models a provider no longer prices (grok-4, deepseek-chat, kimi-k2, devstral-medium) are unpriced now instead of priced at a withdrawn rate, and tokengem pricing shows the source and date per provider.
Fixed: tokengem savings crashed on the attribution section (a constant declared after the command that used it).
New: the issuer service (issuer/) — provider webhook verification, idempotent key issuance, receipts, seat counting, self-serve device reset, key resend and daily reconciliation.
New: the site's legal and support surfaces — terms, licence, privacy, refunds, sunset, contact, changelog, install, device and resend pages — and the pricing page with the three-tier ladder.
