Reply to your receipt within thirty days of purchase and say you want a refund. That is the whole procedure. There is no form, no call and no reason required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by the merchant of record, usually within five business days, and you will get a one-line thank-you and one optional question: what were you hoping it would do. The answer shapes the product; it is not a condition.
Thirty days rather than fourteen because the measured value takes two to four weeks to exist. A window that closed before the product could prove itself would turn satisfied customers into refunds.

Two boundaries, stated up front. It needs at least twenty post-install sessions, because a comparison of fewer sessions refunds noise rather than a result; tokengem savings shows the count. And it applies to API-billed usage: a flat-rate plan (Claude Max, a ChatGPT plan, Cursor Pro) has no per-token bill, so a dollar figure is notional for it, and TokenGem's report says so when a host is marked plan-billed. The thirty-day refund above stands behind everyone regardless, so nobody is ever trapped by the fine print of the guarantee.
The key is revoked. On its next advisory check TokenGem returns to the free tier: the conflict report, the baseline and the uninstall keep working; routing, profiles, the savings view and the proxy stop. Nothing on your machine is deleted, your settings are not touched, and tokengem uninstall restores your pre-install settings byte for byte whenever you choose to run it.
A refund is one email and takes minutes; a chargeback takes weeks and costs everyone more. If something is wrong, reply to the receipt first. A chargeback revokes the key in the same way a refund does.
Consumers in the EU, the UK and elsewhere have withdrawal rights on distance purchases of digital content. This policy is at least as generous as the strictest of them and does not reduce any of them. Where a law gives you more, the law applies.
