A TokenGem licence covers a fixed number of devices plus one in transient overage. Free a seat from the app with one command, or free every seat from this page with the key alone, no login, once per ninety days. Nothing on any machine is deleted; the next activation simply counts again.

tokengem license deactivate
Frees that seat immediately and leaves the ledger, the baseline and your settings exactly as they are. Activate the same key on the next machine with tokengem license activate KEY.
For a lost or wiped machine. This resets every seat on the key, at most once per ninety days; the machines you still use count again the next time TokenGem runs. Case, dashes and look-alike characters are forgiven.
The key is sent to our issuer over HTTPS, checked against its signature, and never shown or stored by this page.
A seat is a device, not an install. Reinstalling on the same machine uses the same seat. The daily device check reports a hash of the key and a device identifier; a device that has not checked in for ninety days stops counting on its own. Going over the limit by one device is tolerated as transient overage and never blocks anything; TokenGem tells you it happened and how to free a seat.
The licence is verified on your own machine by a signature check. The seat count is advisory. If this page is unreachable, if our issuer is down, or if you never touch this page at all, every activated machine keeps working. The count exists so a licence sold for three devices is not running on thirty, and for no other reason.
