Enter the email address you bought TokenGem with and the receipt, including the licence key, is sent to it again within a minute. There is no login and no account. The key is never displayed here, and the page gives the same answer whether or not an address has a purchase.

Search your inbox for “TokenGem licence key” first: the key is in the body of the receipt as plain text, which is why it is there.
Check the address you paid with; the merchant of record's receipt names it. Look in spam and promotions folders. If it still has not arrived in an hour, reply to the merchant's receipt or use the contact page, and a person sends it by hand.
Only the address you type, to our issuer, over HTTPS. The answer is identical for every address so the form cannot be used to check whether someone bought. Requests are rate-limited by address and by network origin.
