Reach a person

The quickest way to reach TokenGem is to reply to your receipt: it comes from a monitored address, never a no-reply, and a person answers. Lost keys go to the resend page, device moves to the device page, refunds to a one-line reply, and anything else to the address below.

Reply to your receipt. The address it comes from is monitored by a person. The public support address is published on this page before the first sale is taken.

Self-serve, no login

Resend a licence key to the purchase email.
Move a device with the key alone.
Refunds: reply to the receipt. That is the whole procedure.
Install, checksums, and the changelog.

Security

If you find a vulnerability in TokenGem, in the issuer service, or on this site, write to the support address with "security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before publishing. There is no bug bounty, and you will be credited in the changelog if you want to be.
