Claude Code token-optimisation orchestrator

Terms of sale

A TokenGem purchase is a one-time payment for a perpetual licence to version 1.x, sold through a merchant of record that handles tax and invoicing. The key arrives by email within minutes, the refund window is thirty days with no questions asked, and every obligation is written down here.

Who is selling

Checkout, payment, tax collection and invoicing are handled by a merchant of record, named on the checkout page and on your receipt. The merchant of record is the seller of record for the transaction and collects VAT, GST or sales tax where your country requires it. The licence itself is granted by TokenGem's operator under the licence agreement.

Operator. The operating entity, its address and its governing law are published on this page and on every receipt before the first sale is taken. Until then nothing on this site takes money.

What you pay

The prices on the pricing page are in US dollars, one time, before tax. There are no subscriptions, no usage charges and no account. Tiers differ only in the number of devices; every tier includes every feature. Renewing the update window after twelve months is optional and priced on the same page from the first day of sale, so nothing that was included becomes metered later.

Delivery

The licence key is delivered by email to the address you gave at checkout, in the body of the receipt as plain text, together with the download link, the device limit, the refund window and a support address a person reads. Delivery normally takes under a minute. If the receipt has not arrived within an hour, the resend page sends it again with no login, and the contact page reaches a person.

What "lifetime" commits us to

Your TokenGem licence is perpetual for version 1.x — it keeps working forever, offline, on your activated devices, with no licence server — and it includes every version 1.x release published in the 12 months after your purchase.

That sentence appears here, on the pricing page and in the licence, word for word. If development ever stops, the sunset page says what happens, and it was written before the first sale so you can hold us to it.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions asked, by replying to your receipt. On top of that, the measurement guarantee: if your own ledger shows TokenGem did not save you money across at least twenty post-install sessions within the window, you are refunded without being asked twice. The full policy is on the refunds page. A refund revokes the key and never touches anything on your machine.

What you need

macOS or Linux, Node.js 20 or newer, and at least one supported coding agent. The install page lists them and the free tokengem doctor command checks a machine before anything is bought or changed. Buying without checking is the most common reason for a refund, so the check is free on purpose.

Support

Support is by email, from a monitored address that is never a no-reply. Reply to the receipt. There is no service-level commitment attached to a one-time purchase, and there is a public changelog so you can see whether the product is being maintained without asking.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change for future purchases. A change never narrows what an existing purchase already includes. The date at the top of this page is the last change.
